لا نتعامل مع بياناتك إلا بالقدر الذي تستلزمه الحاجة الفعلية، وفق الأحكام المعمول بها في دولة قطر. ونحفظها في سرّية تامّة، ونحوطها بإجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية ملائمة، ولا نُتاجر بها أو نبيعها لأيّ طرف كائنًا من كان.We handle no more of your data than genuine need demands, guided by the rules applicable in the State of Qatar. It is held in strict confidence, safeguarded by suitable technical and organisational steps, and never traded or sold to any party of any kind.

٣.١ سجلّات الخادم التقنية3.1 Technical server logs

بمجرّد وصولك إلى الموقع، يقوم مزوّد الاستضافة آليًّا بتدوين بيانات تقنية يبعثها متصفّحك، وتُسمّى سجلّات الخادم:The moment you reach the site, the hosting provider automatically logs technical data dispatched by your browser, referred to as server log files:

تقوم معالجة بياناتك على قانون حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية في دولة قطر (القانون رقم 13 لسنة 2016) ولوائحه التنفيذية. ويختلف هذا السند تبعًا للسياق: فقد يكون موافقتك، أو الردّ على مراسلة بادرت بها أنت، أو مصلحتنا المشروعة في إدارة الموقع بأمان.The processing of your data is founded on Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and its implementing regulations. This ground varies with the context: it may be your consent, a response to correspondence you initiated, or our legitimate interest in operating the site securely.

٦. مشاركة البيانات مع الغير6. Sharing data with third parties

لا تُنقل بياناتك الشخصية إلى أطراف خارجية، إلا بالقدر الذي يستلزمه تشغيل الموقع، أو عندما تمنح موافقة صريحة، أو حيثما يوجب القانون ذلك. ويؤدّي مقدّمو الخدمات التقنية — مثل الاستضافة — دورهم بوصفهم معالِجين بالنيابة عنّا، مقيَّدين بتوجيهاتنا وبالحفاظ على سرّية بياناتك.Your personal data is not passed to outside parties, except to the extent the site’s operation requires, where you have given explicit consent, or where the law obliges it. • تصويب أيّ جزء منها يكون غير صحيحto rectify any part of it that is incorrect
• محو بياناتك ضمن النطاق الذي يسمح به القانونto erase your data within the scope the law permits
• الاعتراض على عملية معالجة بعينهاto object to a specific act of processing
• التراجع عن موافقتك في أيّ وقت شئتto revoke your consent whenever you wish

ولممارسة أيٍّ من هذه الحقوق، يكفي أن تبعث برسالة إلى [email protected]. ويحقّ لك أيضًا، متى رأيت ذلك مناسبًا، رفع شكوى إلى الجهة المختصّة بحماية البيانات الشخصية في دولة قطر.To act on any of these rights, a single email to [email protected] suffices. Should you consider it warranted, you are also entitled to file a complaint with the authority responsible for personal-data protection in the State of Qatar.

٨. مدة حفظ البيانات8. How long we keep data

لا نُبقي على البيانات الشخصية سوى للفترة التي تستوجبها الأغراض المبيّنة أو يمليها التزام قانوني، ثمّ نمحوها ضمن سير عملنا الاعتيادي.We retain personal data solely for the period the stated purposes or a legal duty call for, after which we erase it as part of our normal workflow.

٩. تأمين البيانات9. Securing your data

نعتمد إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية ملائمة، من بينها تشفير عملية نقل البيانات باستخدام بروتوكول HTTPS، للحيلولة دون أيّ اطّلاع غير مأذون على بياناتك أو ضياعها أو التلاعب بها.We adopt suitable technical and organisational measures — among them encrypting data in transit with the HTTPS protocol — to guard against any unauthorised access to your data, its loss, or its manipulation.
