It sells neither product nor service, represents no operator or government body, and displays no prices or commercial offers.

ما يرد هنا مقصودٌ به التعريف العام لا غير، ولا يُعدّ بأيّ صورة مشورةً تقنية أو قانونية أو مهنية. أمّا المعلومة الرسمية المُلزمة والأحدث بشأن قطاع الاتصالات في قطر فمصدرها الجهات المختصّة المخوَّلة، وهي التي نُحيلك إليها.What appears here is intended for general awareness alone and by no means amounts to technical, legal or professional advice. ٤. حقوق الملكية الفكرية4. Intellectual-property rights
كلّ ما يضمّه الموقع من نصوص ورسومات وتصميم هو ملكٌ لـ«شبكة قطر» أو مُستعمَل بموجب ترخيص، وتحميه القوانين السارية. ويجوز لك تصفّح المحتوى لأغراض شخصية غير تجارية، في حين تستلزم إعادة نشره أو تعديله موافقةً مسبقة منّا.Every text, graphic and design element on the site is owned by Qatar Network or used under licence, and is safeguarded by the laws in force. You may consult the content for personal, non-commercial ends, whereas republishing or modifying it requires our prior consent.

٩. القانون المطبَّق والاختصاص القضائي9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
تسري على هذه الأحكام قوانين دولة قطر وتُفسَّر على ضوئها، وينعقد الاختصاص بالفصل في أيّ نزاع ناشئ عنها للمحاكم المختصّة في دولة قطر.These terms are subject to and interpreted in light of the laws of the State of Qatar, and authority to settle any dispute arising out of them rests with the competent courts of the State of Qatar.
